How the divisions feed each other

The chain, not a link in it

Most competitors do one thing — a nursery, or a maintenance crew, or a designer. Our advantage is that behind the separate branding the six businesses feed each other, which is why a job that starts anywhere in this sequence can finish anywhere else in it.

The nursery grows

Kamal Farm produces the stock, so plant cost, quality and supply for a big order are ours to control — not Pattoki's on the morning of the job.

Architecture specifies

Designscape writes the planting plan against the site's real climate, and specifies species we already grow.

Development builds

Horti Co does the ground works, planting, hardscape and irrigation, to the drawings and the BOQ.

Maintenance keeps it

Every large development is written to convert into a maintenance contract. Most landscapers build and vanish; the contract is the relationship.

Rental and retail repeat

Plantscape greens the client's offices on a monthly fee; Garden Mart sells to the people who walk past, and passes the leads back.

Project management scales it

For a society, a campus or a developer's whole scheme, one Project Manager holds design, build, supply and handover together.

We don't sell fixed packages. Start at any link: design only, supply only, build to someone else's drawings, or take over maintenance of a landscape we didn't install. Scope, phasing, contract form and reporting are set to the client's need.

Climate-correct design

Every species, soil mix and irrigation zone is chosen for the site's real conditions — heat, monsoon, frost, salinity and water supply.

05 - SUSTAINABILITY, QUANTIFIED

We don't just call a landscape sustainable. We calculate it.

From a tree-by-tree inventory of species, trunk diameter and canopy, we model the ecosystem services a scheme delivers each year — using recognised urban-forestry toolkits, so developers and municipal clients get defensible figures for approvals, ESG reporting and green-building submissions.
